The website herbsoul.in ("Platform") is owned and operated by Synapse Cube Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India, having its registered office at D2/66C, Jiwan Park, Pankha Road, Uttam Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi – 110059 (GSTIN: 07AAUCS1753M1ZN) ("Company", "Herb Soul", "we", "us" or "our"). Herb Soul is a brand of plant-based health and nutrition supplements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "User" or "Customer") and the Company. By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order
You must be competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information

Herb Soul offers plant-based health and nutrition supplements intended to support general wellness as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice
Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have an existing health condition, or are taking any prescription
Individual results may vary. We do not promise any specific result
Always follow the directions for use printed on the label. Do not exceed the recommended dose

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise
Prices and offers may change without prior notice; the price shown at the time of checkout applies to your order
In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full
All products are subject to availability

6. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely by our authorised payment gateway partners; we do not store your card details.

By placing an order you confirm that the details provided are correct, that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method, and that the purchase is for personal use. We may decline or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability or bulk orders intended for resale, with a full refund of any amount paid.

7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery timelines, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful or misleading purpose
Use another person's payment details or personal information without permission
Place bulk orders for resale without our written consent
Make false claims about damaged, missing or returned products
Create multiple accounts to misuse offers or coupons
Attempt to disrupt, hack or misuse the Platform

We may suspend access, cancel orders or take legal action in case of misuse.

9. Reviews & Communications

Reviews and feedback you share should be honest and based on your own experience. We may moderate or remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful. By sharing your mobile number or email, you agree to receive order-related updates and, where you have opted in, offers from Herb Soul by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the Herb Soul name, logo, text, images, designs and product packaging — belongs to Synapse Cube Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform or products, for effects arising from use contrary to label directions, or for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days. Failing this, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in New Delhi, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Grievance Redressal

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you may contact our Grievance Officer, Vinod Kumar (Director), at care@herbsoul.in (Subject: "Grievance"). Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version, with its "Last updated" date, will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
